I was doing a routine setting up of a Google My Business Account and I started getting this error while trying to process the address: "Enter an address and marker that specify the same place". I kept changing the address over and over again. Playing around with the zip code, the suite number. I put the complete address into google search and places like zillow and realtor.com. These places only kept confirming the address that I had, but would not work in the business.google.com process.
The solution I found involved getting the correct address. What I had to do was Search Google for the address minus the city, state and zipcode. I then searched google on just the street information. This yielded me an address with a completely different city - It changed from Miami to North Miami and the zipcode went from 33166 to 33168. I put in this new information and it worked perfect.
